Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees of Swisher Capital, PLLC, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses), and household members (whether related or not). Real estate agents, their families, and coworkers are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

Open House Attendance: You must attend a participating open house to be eligible.

Online Entry: Use the QR code to complete the online entry form. Each completed form receives one (1) entry. Limited to one (1) entry per person.

Bonus Entries (Optional): Receive ten (10) additional entries by completing the optional mortgage loan application at https://swishercapital.my1003app.com/register. Completing a loan application is not required to enter or win.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries once a minimum of one hundred (100) total entries have been received. If fewer than 100 entries are received in a given month, entries will automatically roll over into subsequent months until the threshold is met. The winner will be notified by phone call and/or text.

Prize

The prize is a 65” 4K Smart TV. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. If the stated prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
