Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees of Swisher Capital, PLLC, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and household members, whether related or not. Real estate agents, their families, and coworkers are not eligible to enter.

To Enter:

• Open House Attendance: You must have attend a participating open house to be eligible to enter.
• Online Entry: Visit www.SwisherCapital.com/Open-House and complete the online entry form. Each completed entry form will receive one (1) entry. LImited 1 entry per person.
• Loan Application Submission: Receive ten (10) additional entries by completing the mortgage loan application link @ https://swishercapital.my1003app.com/
  

Winner Selection:

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone call and/or text.

Prize:

The prize is a 65” 4k Smart TV. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $500.
